For millennials, the words "Google Glass" can elicit a wild range of emotions.
But if you were to ask a group who has never heard of the technology â€" a group of, say, "elders" â€" to try their hand at Glass for the first time, their reactions would inevitably be filled with charm, sass and occasional hilarity.
This is what The Fine Bros set out to do in their latest YouTube video, "Elders React to Google Glass."
They asked a group of eager senior citizens to try on Google Glass for the first time and demonstrate its various functions: recording video, sending email and visiting porn sites. Well, that wasn't exactly part of the script, but one poor Google Glass tester did find himself on a porn site after a botched search result.
Other notable moments included some good ole reminiscing about dial-up and apartments without phones, questionable references to outer space ("Space ship 12 calling Earth! Space ship 12 calling Earth!") and general confusion about how to put on Glass.
The elder folks weren't completely opposed to this futuristic piece of technology, and a few even seriously considered buying their own pair.
