Set in the bustling and beautiful city of Barcelona, Rob Whitworth's "flow-motion" video takes you on an extraordinary tour of the Spanish seaside city.
It's difficult to describe the experience that this short film takes you on. Long, accelerated time-lapse zooms reveal new locations, a stop-motion view follows a woman through the cobblestone streets and a cable car is stalked on its journey across the city.
The entire project took a total of 363 hours to complete: 78 hours for filming and 179 hours in post-production. Whitworth used a variety of lenses to capture the diverse shots with four Nikon DSLR cameras, which ate up 817 GB of hard drive space.
Time well spent.
